Possibly fix the borders for ocean parts that touch land territories that they can't attack (example: IN2 and EU7.)

Their touching is unnecessary and confusing. Change the borders a bit, and for certain other instances (AT5/AT7/AF5 border, etc. etc.)

Look at my feedback. The guy that gave me negative, but it's a positive message. Can people do that?

EDIT: Here is the feedback: "gotya! Good player great guy. Would love to play again." And that's negative feedback.

Yeah, just work on the borders more. You still need to have them more clearly defined.
