We all know the three fortification types :
Adjacent, Chained & Unlimited.

I would like to suggest others, such as:

DAdjacent - Double Adjacent
TAdjacent - Triple Adjacent

DChained - Double Chained
TChained - Triple Chained.

As opposed to the current 'Single' Adjacent/Chained ...

I've been conquerclubbing for 4-5 months now & I've found no consistency in when u can cash in cards. As in say 2/3 to 3/4 of the time or maybe 75-80% of the time, you're given the "Later" option.
