I agree, reguardless of what round the alliance lasted for, its over if he is your only enemy left. However, in the future you could say like "round 8 or until everyone else is gone" just so they can't complain.

Is the winner determined by the person with the most kills or the last person alive?

I don't know anything about programming, but it seems like if the numbers for the defending and attacking dice are deteremined using the same method, the outcome, even if not the same as real dice, wouldn't favor the defender or attacker. Can someone explain why this isn't true?
