What you need are creative and great tourament formats. And then accept that the total number of community run tournaments may be down, but the quality is better! Like when Ford invented his automation.... let the machines take care of the "boring formats"...they do it better anyway...and go ahead ...

Concise description:
Allow Tournament Organizers (TO's) to have the same options for tournaments as AutoTournaments, i.e. atributing Conquer Points Prizes, Conquer Stars, etc. Also, I think TO's should benefit from generous offers from the "Conquer Gods", when completing a tournament.
