Paid my dues still can't signup for a game, how do you talk to an administrator?

spoils , have rewards revrse back down .
For example in a six man game have spoils increase to 35 men and the next match would be worth 30, 25, 20 ect. in the same way they increased. When they return to 4 they would increase in order again .
