Is it ok to discuss a players position and army numbers in the chat log? Should it be limited to for example red is powerful and is taking over the world as opposed to "Red in in North and South America and has 20 on Greenland"?

I understand that to some degree you can figure out a players position ...

Just wonder why it is that 95% of the time you only get feedback when the person beats you. I'm kind of sick of the same feedback. oh good game would have won but didn't get the dice, or was ahead of the game most the time but made a mistake. basically it seems like the feed back is so the winner ...
