As far as I can tell only attacking to gain continents, or prevent someone else from keeping/gaining one, is called solid tactics.

I have just received my first neg feedback, stating "I think he is a cheat." The player leaving it also left neg feedback for the person they accused me of cheating with, gerry22, which read "either a cheat or is just stupid".

Now surely neither of these meet the rules for neg feedback ...

I can understand their feeling, like a lot of games, experienced players will seek out the new and inexsperienced to pick on. Maybe there should be some games set aside with limits, like introductory games, so new players have the option of joining without fear of being jumped on by those players ...
