Not a bad idea, but like mibi says in his first point, too many legal issues. Also, ipods are known for their simplicity, so you wouldn't be presenting yourself with an item that lends itself well to many territories. You could take the idea, however, and spin it off. Not knowing anything about Paisos Catalans and what it meant I Googled it. Based on the map on Google it looks like you missed a small area called Alguer in Sardinia to the East. For playability this territory could be reached from either Catalonia or Minorca. Just a thought.
