hi, if they din reply there is the chance they dont read english. plus u should rate people so u can tell if you played them before, if your trying to get your medals then you dont need to play/beat someone twice.

i do five stars for the first game so i know ive played them before, and after the second game i will change it if they deserve it. (bad player, bad tude) and then i will attach tags to.

oh, and bombarding works the same in all maps, its just what you can bombard with (the territory you use) and the opponents territory you can bombard that changes with each map. check out waterloo , its a great map that you can bombard on.

once the neutral territory has one unit on it it will always have one unit on it, so dont bother attacking anymore.
