Several people have now offered to help you with a map based on Israel, aswell as asked you to go easy about controversial issues that comes with this.
But like the last time a map based on Israel was brought to forum it quick shows its only about doing promotion and justifying the ongoing war ...

Stop this provocing project now. Most of world find israels neverending wars for more lebensraum discusting, and making a map of israel including occupied land is to push it beyond dignity. Keep your country and at least be smart enough to not throw it in everyones faces over and over

I forgot to say in last post. They were not only accused for cheating in their first game, they were accused for cheating already in round 1 without all made their first turn.

It sounds like you played Flat cards and its in that options nature. 85 % of those games goes to stalmate even if more then 3 players left and definatly with 3.
To end those games takes as someone alreay pointed out in erlier post that 2 team up against the 3rd or that 1 get impatient or run out of ...

Hard to answer some might think and the options are plenty. And different gameoptions require different skills.
But considering it all and eliminate some factors like: free time to spend waiting, fastest computer/connection etc it all can be described in 1 sentence.

The technical changes esp the picklist is very good. That Twill have become moderator is great, and if its the same Twill that was ladderopp on cases ladder for zone he will be a true asset for all.

First i must say that reducing time to finish a turn is real good, well done:).
However it need to be adjusted to maybe 2 instead of 1 hour as it is now.
In a turn with trades on fly and several kills that take time itself, its to tight with 1 hour for even a short serverproblem.
It happend to me ...
