I think we can simply use the World 2.0 map for this, since it has 115 countries, allowing for up to 115 players.

Why insane Millej? With over 35,000 members this is better odds than the lottery, and we are smack in the middle of the Holiday Season now.

If the tourney is not one game elimination, I'll join. For example, if a round is composed of 3 matches, then the best 2 players out of 3 matches move to the next round.
