This map looks visually stunning!

I preferred the look of v2 to v3 - the region areas look better as if they have been painted on rather than outline-painted. It's really difficult to see how things connect - the dotted lines are too heavy. There's also a lot of empty space, that you could utilise ...

I could tone down the city images, but really, I can't see what the problem is, how is this map confusing? There are a lot of quenched maps that are much more confusing...

please point out whats confusing, and perhaps some alternative to it.

The borders look quickly drawn and don't fit well with the map. It looks like it took you 2 mintues to draw those. I like the text you've chosen. Although the small map may be a bit hard to read. Are you sure you need army circles on ...

I like the blood drops but you should make them just - 1 for the troops on it. THey are hard to get rid of now and if they get -1 auto deploy it would make a lot of territories only defendedby 1 troop.

I see the logic in that, but how do I do that? could you show me an xml example?

the instructions about cities can only own territories or something ridiculous doesn't make sense (i'm talking about the paragraph right above bonuses)

"territories with cities cannot be owned unless all cities in the territory are owned. cities can attack territories next to them and vice versa ...

how does it make sense that all boats can bombard all boats? I would think that the ships would only worry about the ships that poses an immediate treath to its existence, and the cannons of that time really didnt have that impressive ranges...

Gameplay looks excellent, will be a fun map to play. I do however think that the huge bevel makes the landareas look blurry and very unnatural. Height is usually much harder to see from top perspective. Try going softer and maybe adding some texture?

I see your working with American English, I would remove any words that are unique to america/spelled differently or it could be hugely annoying.

Also a map that is not very good for players who dont have their first language as English.

i personally like the 2nd one better, though i would make a more definate line between the map and the note pad. It looks likea like they are just melting togeather

Wow this is really unique, but i have some questions.
Will the poisening take a Bombard style effect or some other effect?
Also the outline of the teritories is not strong enough against the background.
Also can you explain exactly what is a "Badland"
