Can anyone explain me how any type of super-fog (particularly removal of log) would increase strategy element in this game?
All I can see is just an incredibly increased luck factor of favourable drop/dices/neighbours and people would just blindly play their games.

This is just using a technical "loophole" for unfair advantage. I'm fairly sure that Lack didn't intend such thing while developing 1 hour timeout.
In real life game there would be no way to go "I made attacks and I WON'T take a card" route. You'd be just forced to take a card and that's it.

Personally i don't think that notoriously slow implementation of new suggestions has big impact to new players staying in the game. There is much to explore for new players, there is enough features and content for at least 6 months.

The suggestion to let new players have 1 speed game per day is ...

Maybe Risk itself is not popular enough game to have enough of new players looking for online Risk alternative?

Nowadays there so many new and a lot more interactive types of entertainment, so I wouldn't be surprised that risk based gameplay is simply outdated and overshadowed by other forms of ...

What's so wrong to have 2-3 minutes added after a player kill in 1 min speed game? It won't happen every turn and usually the whole added time will be used for killing another player or the turn will be simply ended shortly if no other easy kill is on sight.

Maybe even 2-3 mins minimum time? When people get killed, then it usually means that there's a lot of stuff going on, so I wouldn't mind to wait for someone to finish his/her business. It happens just once or twice in a game, so it won't extend speed games much.
