The territories are not rigged. I had 17 people on a terriorty and a guy with 16 took it over with 8 people to move on the new territory. Ok I was pretty upset that 8 vs 17 could have won if they wanted. So i gathered 8 people and attacked back and LOST with 1 vs 5 in the end! Other times I take 10 ...
