oh, i thought you meant just for yourself, not for everyone on the board!
this may work if its a 2,000 army limit or something more, but not 100, because most maps for a 6 player game deploy more than 100.

Take for example, you have a Esc. Games, and you have 100 armies, and the next cash is worth 100, you have a set, and you cash it, you cant deploy any armies?

What if then take your opponent down to 10 men, then he cashes for 105, he now tries to take you out, and does successfully..

^I agree. Why keep playing the game...but why do the points disappear? That does not make sense. In any other game format, the deadbeat, no matter if someone takes all their armies or not, they lose points. The not losing any points is what doesn't make sense to me.

This has happened to me! I totally agree that you should always get a card at the end of your turn if you a take at least one territory, whether you end your turn or let time run out.

(1) It's a good idea.

(2) It's already been suggested -- by me -- however, I had suggested a Percentage % of Games Deadbeated.

(3) Should totally be implemented.

(4) It would be so easy to add a column next to each name and a space on each profile to list Total # of Missed Turns .
