I don't know if it's been suggested (or if it's possible) there should be 2 wild cards.

I think the minium rank should be officer. It's hard to image a Private or Sergeant in command of a whole army.
I suggest : Cadet, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Commander, Colonel, Brigadier, General, Marshall
or something like that.
