OK, my main reasoning for this is to give people options and if they are about to go on holiday, they can go for the longer game lengths.

Just because a move length is set to a week, doesn't mean people have to wait a week to move!!!

Can there be a timebank option for each player in a game (which can be switched on and off)

So if you had a 5 day timebank, people could take longer for turns when they need too e.g. holidays, weekends etc. Once the timbank runs out though, it doesn't replenish, and you'd miss turns as normal

I've looked and can't see this suggestion anywhere, though it seems pretty obvious to me...

Can there be more round length options? My suggestion is:
5 minutes
10 minutes
30 minutes
1 hour
12 hours
24 hours
3 days
7 days

Most importantly, more options than 5 minutes and 24 hours would ...

I suggest you kick people out after 3 missed turns, even if they are not consecutive. The current system allows people to miss as many turns as they like as long as they aren't 3 consecutive turns. This can be very annoying and lead to very long games. I think 3 missed turns in a whole game is a ...
