It is a FOG game and it is hard for me to tell exactly but from what i can see your stuck in the middle and they are on each side of you. So as for the Secret Dip. paart of this I cant find anything to support the claim, as for the Multi part of this they are not Multis.
Therefore Cleared on both ...

I apologize. I'm new here and this being the second game that looks like cheating, it's frustrating. Can this be fixed? The turns never overlap(as stated above) but rather start about 30 seconds after each other. And Red and green didn't attack anyone but myself for the first 4 rounds.

After looking at the wall chat as well as game chat, convo between the 2 didnt start untill December on the game chat. The wall chat started in November. Therefore this does fit in the cat. of Secret Diplomacy in my eyes.

They have been Warned for such.
