1) I haven't played in any games because I don't have a regular internet connection and it wouldn't be right to any other player if I happened to deadbeat.
2) I check to see on occasion if my friends are playing ...

As mudge said, place the users on your ignore list and you won't have to read abusive game chat from them any more. If abuse ever carries beyond the game (either in the forum or PMs) please report it. Otherwise ...

OK I've reviewed the links provided and haven't seen anything thing over the top, or excessively vulgar, and it's usually just a line or two. So for now, I think the ignore list will be the best option. If it gets worse, let us know.
