Yep. If it's 20 turns based one can't play 21 turns. When his allowed turns are over, then they are over.

But it makes a slight changing. If someone can do more than one turn and everyone else has already played all of their turns then he can play all of his turns straight.

Oddly, I think this is the strongest point against this suggestion so far. I think you would be surprised to find out how many people just want to play Risk online and have little interest in other maps. This would be kind of unfair to them.

I could sorta agree that new ranks might be nice. However, I don't agree with the current suggestion, and I'm definitely against multiple tracks, especially if they're a premium-only feature.
