You can abuse that one. Get cards with two people playing, and have someone surrender there cards to that person. Split that cards evenly or almost evenly, then I can see that happening.

This is what I'm wondering. Right now green has a 16 next to new england and is leaving himself WIDE open for blue to attack. Makes no sense that he's leaving himself open to blue, when he should try to hold out.
