ah yes I can see how that might confuse people. You would have to control Veterans bridge and Liberty Bridge in order to fully utilize Crosstown Blvd, but the concept is the same. I'm no expert but I feel like a lot of those little lakes can probably go. They don't even look like they are a part of the game like an impassible or something.
