Missing turns is a very useful strategy, for A. staying alive..

I think- it would definately turn games around..- If someone is losing in trying to get say.. N.A, but there is a deadbeat in Africa, then he may have a chance to try ...

After that person is booted, either make all of his territorie's nuetral or randomly give them to other players(maybe a game option?)

I would recommend that you make this a little more organized.

Atleast a hand written Tournament chart.. AND, make them private games with differentpasses, you send those passwords to players individually for their corresponding games.

Well, me and Jerrykid01 had a nice game once..

it wasa doubles, and both of our partners quit.


So, it was basically me vs him with way to many nuetral armies!

It was fun, though.

Sounds a little steep, but yes I think they should be penalized.. Maybe double what his teammates lose? (if its on team) or double what whoever loses the most loses.
