I figured it out. The Helium Mines bonus stack up, so if you have 4 mines, the log shows this as +12, not each individually. Obvious, in hinsight!

I dont think that is correct. each shuttle bonus would show seperately in the log, not lumped together. also, its still early days in game (or was) so he would have had to kill a neutral 17 launch base AND take over 3 opponents shuttles all which were stacking reinforcements because the game is "no ...
