from your calculations, the attacker rolls a 3 or less 55.1 % of the time. where as the defender rolls 3 or better 73% of the time. meaning more than half the time the attacker has a 1 in 4 chance of losing. Not a stats expert but if I were to guess I would say...there is a 40.223% chance of losing ...
