In my game, one was in africa, with all his troops attacking me north and east. Meanwhile, he left 1 on Dakar, leaving africa undefended against the other one in sao paulo. 1 vs 1 and neither attacked the other. Now *that* is sus - stinks of SD.

The word "blatant" is just an adjective meaning clear and obvious. So it's not much worse than just calling you a normal liar really.

If that's tactics, then it's very poor tactics. Green has nothing to lose. With 100+ in Dubai and only 1 defender in Cairo why wouldn't he take it and kill blue's bonus? I agree, with the spoils in the 100's, what's the value in a 3 troop bonus. But by the same token, why not take it?

Also, if you're talking about a "treaty", then the terms of such an alliance would probably indeed include equality of bonuses. But if it was in fact a "truce" then I'd say the request falls outside of that definition. Still, it's a matter for the players to work out amongst themselves and is not ...

Whether or not I was syntactically correct referring to them as a deadbeat is almost irrelevant, given the severity of the language in the pm they sent - one MONTH after the event, and after their last pm. Clearly the just can't let go. Would have been good if toeing them had avoided this problem.
