I was ignored the other day because someone falsely accused me of using clickable maps. I even posted a damn screenshot. I've also been ignored for accusations of trucing, etc, none of which are true.

I don't believe in foe lists, so zero.

I wish there were golden rules that would convince people to forgive you for the mistakes you made and take you off their foe lists.

I'm trying to learn how to play. I read the strategy forums regularly and such. I used to be a chef, maybe that's progress. But I've been publicly criticized too many times to feel very secure.

Does starting in Realm of Might suck, or do I just suck at starting in Realm of Might? The location, the configuration of 2's, etc.

Negative feedback for poor strategy scares the crap out of me. I'm not all that good of a player, and I know that. I make mistakes. So whenever I join a game I'm terrified that one of my opponents is going to be the one who does it.
