yes... but i also had 1 territory in south america and next turn it belonged to white (i am sorry for the guy who deployed 9 troops in south america )

But i had this thing, that white guy deployed 16 troops on 1 spot(manual deploying) and next turn whole south america and half of north america was whites... if i remember correctly...

so possible solutions for this cause?
