My idea would be to add another option to the Card spoils called "Insurgency",

HA it is time that you "fessed" up and admitted that this was instigated by the US Army in an effort to create and develop a new "non-torture" means of getting the enemy to talk as long as they do..not...have...to....take....one....more....turn....arrrrgh!!!!

i agree with this poster greatly....the way it is w/regular games not so bad..used to it by now....but "nukes"....really should be "all" before "again"...played one where enemy bonus never was nuked whole game and myself at least 4 times

That would be great with the rings, but, in that regard, too bad you couldn't do something similiar but to wear you could still only attack the ones next to you, but each time you opened the game for your turn the rings would spin, placing you next to someone different each turn...now that would be ...

1. How about "Insurrection cards" this is where when you hand in cards, that territory becomes yours with half the armies on it....
