yea its a good idea, but people could be lying with false reasons.
perhaps if the counter wasnt there to shame them but just to advise people who like quick games, that the players do occasionaly (even by accident) miss turns. although this isnt a nice way to deal with the problem because people ...
there isnt a suggestion like this one in the list at all. the suggestions are actually about stopping the player from getting additional troops not naming and shaming them like i have suggested.

why not ave a counter in the 'my profile' section of each player so it can be checked how often that player has skipped his turn. it will stop people from skipping turns to their advantage and give people more incentive to not miss a turn, and make it so players can see if they want to play with ...
