I used to mess up Scandinavia and Iceland on the classic map.

The name for Scandinavia is closer to the armies on Iceland than those on the real Scandinavia. IMHO this should be moved more to the east and a little bit lower.

no, as the dice rolls (e.g. attacks) are independent, every attack you do, the chance to loose is the same as in the previous or next or whatever attack.

example:
you : 3000
other looser : 1000
winner: 2000

points winner gets from you : 3000/2000*20=30

suggestion: I think it would be nice to have also "data from last round" or "changes since last round" visible in the table with all the player stats. like that it would be easier to follow changes without reading the whole Game Log.
