Does anyone have any clue as to the logic of end of game scores, points added or subtracted from your overall score?
Just don't know why if I win, sometimes I get 100 points, sometime around 30. And the logic of subtracting points has me baffled. I figure you would get more points to longer you are ...

When you say try to make yourself look weak do you mean spread your forces out among your territories? For instance instead of putting a 20 armies at your borders spread them out putting 5 or 7 armies on each territory?

Does anyone have a sound general strategy for 3 player games?

I like them because normally one doesn't have to wait 2 days to take a turn but I am getting beaten down. I recently won my first 3 player game out of about 10, 3 player games I've played and I'm pretty sure it was just dumb luck.
