So are you saying that in a game where a police force is purported to exist, that the role the sounds most similar to a cop is not a affiliated with it?

Just trying to put all the pieces together...

2 mafia factions
?? Police
?? Witnesses who have hard evidence?
At least 1 Non-voter

Mafia factions are rivals and therefore want to kill each other
Witnesses by claiming are setting themselves up for hit by mafia?
Non-voter is benign? or is he dangerous?

That accounts for at least 5. Am I missing any clues?

One cop was killed pre game, and 2 cops in a 12 man game wouldn't be that odd. Especially considering that the game was originally built for 18 I think the role is reasonable.

I think you're missing what the "???" stands for. I guess it means someone can vote by PM. Can't figure another explanation.

Also, the cop killed pre-game was an NPC so I don't think we need to take that one too serious. I'm guessing on 2 bodyguards/protectors and 2 cops.

This is an interesting game because even mafia players may be looking for scum tells lol.
I'm in too many of these goddamn mafias
QFT

As for Victor's claim.. its believable. He may have doomed himself tonight if there are no bodyguards or doctors. But there must be if there are going to be at least two nightkills every night..

Still putting pieces together.

Of those not voting, Fircoal and duday have said very little.

Fircoal posted an excuse for not posting and duday posted that he does not know what to post?

Suspicious???

@Victor: quoted for truth, means he agrees.

@oldrisky44: Yes. Suspicious. But I don't understand the post you made before that.

Further clarification...

The "question marks" above (i.e. ?? Police) are meant to represent "an unknown number of". Thus my clarifying post where I said "I should have used the # sign"

SO to reiterate...

This is what we "know" to be true so far...

This game contains at least;
2 Mafia factions
# Police? (there may be an unknown number of police)
At least 1 witness who claims to have seen the murder
At least 1 non-voter
2 players are suspiciously quiet

"Now what do we do?"

Fine, fine, I read it. I think the case against lala is a bit absurd (despite him FoSing me grrr...). Though a role claim might help. unvote, vote lalaland
Are you freaking kidding me?! Calling out for a claim with barely half the players posting? Especially when everyone is going into a bandwaggon over a confirm in the wrong thread...

Boy...

Vote: Victor Sullivan

FoS: Acee and Aceartemis
Fine, if you don't want lalaland to have my vote, you can have it! unvote, vote freezie

this is the last time I vote for victor..I wanted you to explain why you mindlessly went against lala to start off, for no actual reason other than she mis-confirmed. Remember the bandwagon you continued?

Then you go OMGUS me when I call you out. that's what I wanted you to explain...but whatever......

Unvote

Vote spiesr Idk... This post just pissed me off for some reason.

That, too, I still want an explanation.

About suspicious behavior...

Why would two who have not yet voted not jump on the bandwagon to vote for Victor and get a quick lynch?

Why would they? What reason would they have to want a quick lynch of Victor? Doing so would too quickly would also cause suspicion towards them...

Ok this time I'm just being lazy and I know it. Idk I don't really look at this thread like I do the others. I don't know why. Because everyone's being so lazy I should go and look through for scummy things. YAY :D

This makes me suspicious of you... I see no reason why we need a "quick lynch"... although this thread has not been uber active, we are finding stuff out and I'd say we're having (at least were having) a fairly productive Day 1. And it's only been 9 pages or so. FOS oldrisky Personally, I don't see overwhelming evidence against victor, and I think we should at least have somebody check out his claim tonight before we do anything rash.

Although I'm not a fan on principle, what do people think about a no-lynch?

Definitly not. We got 2 submariners and someone who wanted a quick lynch on Victor.

No need for a no lynch.
