Just keeping the conversation going until someone says something stupid. That is the sole task of a townie D1.

But with not that many people, it's easy to get the accidental lynch or end the day earlier than we want to. You of all should know that really well... Unless town's interests are not parallel to yours ;)
But... It was so artistically done.

I apologize for that lack of posting, as I am on spring break right now. Also I have an annoying post restriction where in every post I have to say some nonsense about the end of the world. Also, I am insane. So you guys can discuss that if you can't find anything else to talk about...

If we wait until tomorrow, it won't help us figure out who is about to be lynched on Day 1... by then it will be too late. I def don't want a No-lynch but I don't want to bandwagon and seem like mafia either... what is there for a townie to do? playing on the mafia team is so much easier lol

I think you are joking here? Sax does mean tomorrow as in the 11th not D2.

A question of flavor. Is the Albarezzi a fiction of Sax's or is there some real world connection?

I quoted you to state my opinion. The post was directed at edoc. It was intended to read something like this:

Yea, I thought that that statement would have been more appropriate aimed at me. So joke voting and promoting discussion D1 is bad now? I was certainly bouncing all over the place while joking, but now with you I am deadly serious.

But why so serious? I'm being called out needlessly on not responding to an argument that didn't even pertain to me but got me voted anyway. Therefore it must be my fault that the thread died twice in a week, hmm? Why aren't you harassing Victor and drabod, who have 2 posts between them?

As for the vote hopping, it's got about as much foundation as your argument against me,

Why not lynch vic or drabod over no posting much? Well first off it gets boring after doing that 5 games in a row, and they also are not actively lurking, they simply are not here often. You posted a response to your accusation quite rapidly given the length of time to your previous post. Also could you clarify what you mean about the vote hopping? I think I may have misunderstood. I was saying that jumping around and keeping discussion going with mostly nonsensical joke votes was a good thing D1. Do you feel differently?

Me personally, I think 1 joke vote is enough or the joke vote phase gets dragged out unnecessarily. That said, spiesr's pr intrigues me as it may imply possible third party roles.

I believe spier's claim. Which makes me suspect that commander might have connections to the mafia, because sax obviously got that idea from Post-Apocalypse.

And yes, I know that statement above made absolutely no sense- but creative/fun to think about.

Anyways, on to pancake.
I started the case against commander to get things going and it did. Then victor gave a joke case of his own against edoc and someone else at a bar. Perhaps I've mixed that all up.

I just find it odd that pancake didn't say a thing, and didn't even try to participate, or help the thread become more active. At least Victor said something, after I FOS'd him.

Even if you had made a post saying "what type of logic is that vio, how do you vote me off of a case on commander."

Of course it would be stating to obvious, however it would at least help to get the game going. You could have even made a joke case back against me. Something- anything- to help keep the game going.

You just don't seem to care either way.

I almost thought about taking my vote off you- just because of your increased activity, but I think i will keep it there for awhile. I doubt that you are at L1; maybe L3 at the most.

And if sax has no idea of the vote count, it means he has no idea who is close to a lynch. So I think you are safe for now.

Again my views on the game so far, There has been no scummy behaviour particularly and cases are being picked up on throughtout nothing, my lack of posts was due to the lack of gameplay(the game died completely for a while)

But on the commander Case, hes been accused of vote hopping, on day one how this is one of the most stupid accusations ever. Day 1 is full of joke votes, nearly everyone here will have vote hoped... I could even string a sentence of unvotes and votes and it would mean absoultatly nothing. To accuse someone of vote hoping there would need to be a reason, For example if we was sure that someone was scum, and commander took his vote off them there would be a real case....... that we could look into. So to sum up my views on the Commander case there isnt one at all, My personal opinion

Then theres the PCM Case, PCM has by far had some weird gameplay that has confused me in particular like Vi said after your name is mentioned why havent you had a post, especially in Day 1 when i could slate violet all i wanted and there would be no hard feelings. But to accuse Commander of vote hopping is quite a accusation that i feel PCM didnt really look into and was trying to defend himself. Apart from posting K. Pancake could of contributed more and a defence would have been nice to read just to get the game going (However i cant really say much). But after Accusing Commander of vote hoping some evidence would be nice, to prove this PCM. If You have no defence to not be lynched why are you here ? Do you really want to die on day 1?

Violet you stink, go have a wash

Yes, PCM could definitely be under scrutiny for accusing Commander of vote hopping. However, I'm not buying the evidence of him not responding to joke cases. If the case isn't something substantive, you cannot expect someone to respond seriously. However, since a false accusation of vote hopping is the scummiest piece of behavior we have so far and really what you're looking for on Day 1 anyways, I think PCM is the best candidate.

I did not accuse commander of vote hopping, I said that post was directed at edoc. Reread plz.

No one has given me any reason to respond to the joke case (I repeat, joke case) on commander (after which I received a vote? WTF?) and suddenly everyone's super cereal. I THINK I'm at -1, so I'll claim if it's requested, but hold off on the lynch at least for now, please.

Ok, so 4 votes by edocsil. However, I think all of them are joke votes. Either way, I don't think you can accuse anyone of vote hopping day 1. Bandwagoning sure, OMGUSing yes, but not votehopping unless we had an unusually productive Day 1.

Does that mean I can call you all on bandwagoning? This case is incredibly flimsy.
