If someone posts a 1v1 game, its open to anyone of any level. Whoever joins, joins.

Yeah I dont disagree, I just figure a limited number of people realistically use the forums compared to the userbase on here so would probably end up facing off with the same crowd so you still end up restricted with your games.

Since Bruce has already said they have the power to block N/R's from players (although by way of a punishment) this is probably the better solution.

that does happen a lot when using the forums

not if you make it "private" and use the forums i noted above

Even though this case is closed, this is not the place for back and forth discussion lasting 7 pages. Everyone has said what they needed to, the situation was dealt with to some peoples' satisfaction and not to others and that is nothing new. If you care to discuss this further, I am sure opening up a thread somewhere not in the C&A forum would be great.
