Well, since there appears to still be 6 games left, I'd say "when those are finished".
Depending on freemium players, maybe a couple of weeks, worst case.
I figure they'll probably draw the second round fairly soon so people can get started.

Still no news from the person that organised this - I'll PM him (her?) now and if nothing comes back by the 21st Dec, I'll take over and start assigning games for round 2.
If anyone has any issues with me taking over the tourney, let me know and we can figure out a way to proceed that everyone is happy with.
