Could you maybe put the words British Egypt and Constantinople in the insert where their respecitve arrows come from? And on the main map, maybe make the box around the insert a bit thicker?

Zeak, can we revisit that one later....i just tried putting those words in there...from Alexandria fits...
but Constantinople doesn't (nicely anyways) <- and it looks like a complete double up
so i'd like to revisit that later again please.

I'm thinking, why not instead of having separate bonuses for Britain, France, and Italy, you give one large blanket bonus for all of their colonies. Because right now, holding all three will yield a bonus of eight while you only have to protect three borders. I think that is a bit over powered. Instead just call the bonus "European colonies" or something like that and give it a bonus of 6 or so.

Yes i waas thinking along those lines also, and will think more on that one. Thanks for the suggestion, and of you have any more thoughts on the configuration, let me know.

i like the inset, but i'd prefer the top area of the inset to reflect the top part of the map that it is in...

ie. the inset has the top that has the whole point at it, much like the regular map, but i think it should just have the slanted top that is the same as where it is in the map

I don't think giving Italy and France a +1bonus IMMEDIATELY for having that ONE territory is such a good idea.

For a player to control Great Britain or Russia , it would take at least 5 rounds depending on competition. All that time having NO extra bonus.
Whereas the Italian and French "player" (both close together in the side of the British "player" ONLY(!) can hold it and expand and make it impossible for the british player to collect/conquer his zone. Thereby giving advantage to players around british empire zone to expand without worries.

And what can or did France /Italy do in that Ottoman sphere , really ?

So please leave that +1 bonus out .


Also another unfairness; ALL bonuszones are a wellconnected collection of territories EXCEPT Kuwait of the British empire.
To make up for this obvious imbalance you should give a direct seaconnection between Kuwait and Aden.
You may even consider giving a direct seaconnection between Br. Somaliland and Sudan (thereby avoiding the need to conquer France an Italy from the earliest onset).

But..that means that Cyprus cannot attack or be attacked directly from south turkey or Beirut ? hmmmm
And doesn't that port system mean that someone just having conquered Kuwait from Basrah can jump to Akbah and then onwards to Jeruzalem ?

I whas to say that you have mix english and turkish all over map,and that why is not correct,you must use english translation for all map,because these is not only Ottoman Empire,you have parts of africa,europe and asia.
If you want i can give you more apropriate names.
Cdkutus is from turkey,but can not be two mix of turkey terittory-half in english and half in turkey .
