max was busted for a multi with maxs account. There is a thread some place about it. He was "teaching his parents" on that account, but from the chat you can clearly see it was him.

I was wrong, he was later cleared for this. He got himself into trouble though for having access to a large number of accounts (he knew the current password and had logged into more than 10 different accounts). Sorry for he mistake.
