The only point in MoB's claim which I don't fully trust is whether they legitimately tried to protect CD.

Other than that, seems like a clean claim, which narrows the mafia pool considerably (can't be MoB, can't be MoB's mason and can't be the 2nd DEA - assuming both are equally manned).

This also makes Rugbirn's claim less likely, as it depends on the existence of a 6th faction.

oh i fully trust mob's claim, no doubt. the fun part of all this is that we can't blame him and WW for killing the DEA cop. I'm pretty sure the DEA faction is/was a danger for them. It's just ridiculous to pretend he tried to save his enemy because they have a big heart and they just want to be nice to the majority. The enemies of ur friends are not necesairly our enemies in this game, that's all.
Mob was probably a mafia/cartel target already, and I would think that the dea faction consisted in hank and gomez (now would this gomez left have a killer ability? not sure), no more. So he just made one more enemy with that revelation, gomez, that was the cost of opening up our eyes concerning what most likely happened last night. There is just one town aligned that can't trust mob, all the rest of us have no option but to be ok with that kill I guess.

And duhhh, yeah, a cop outs himself, an my crazy theory sustains that cartel and heisenbergs tried to kill him the very same night. makes no sense at all right? what would be the odds of people trying to kill a confirmed enemy at night? sorry about that stupid theory of mine.
i also thought that there was no poisoner according to you, that it was just a modus operandi, now it doesn't fit because of the poisoner theory and there is a fourth killer? what are you talking about?

My guess is that both can only win if town wins AND their opposite factions are eliminated (i.e. if you are DEA - Heisenburgs must be dead, or if you are Heisenbergs, DEA must be dead) as well as mafia & cartel (obvious for a town win).

I know you are being sarcastic, but my point is:
1. NO POISONER N+1 - PERIOD... FACT !!!!!!!!!!!!
2. 3 people died N2 (Walt Jr., Hank, Don)
3. If two factions try to kill one person (Hank), and 3 people die, that leaves TWO (2) OTHER NKers!
So, this would mean:
4. NKers = mafia (faction #1), cartel (faction #2), WW (Heisenberg faction #3), and DEA - Gomez (faction #4)

Nooo. Listen i m going to reexplain my theory for the very last time as this is only for you and I m not very patient with those type of things.

Heisenbergs: to go through the possible night protection on their target CD, mob bussed CD with a random person and they chose super. This way his partner WW targeted super. But as it was all organized and planned, targeting super leaded to actually kill safely CD.

You protected CD originally. But in fact with the bussing what you end up doing is frame super as he was cartel scum.

Cartel decided to kill CD as a cop is a huge threat for them. He got bussed with their own godfather. The cartel killer who would ve hit initially a protected cop... Ended up killing its own framed godfather. Which is a triple irony and absolutely hilarious.
