That's an opinion in my bookkevinc wrote:It hinders legibility.
I think that the white behind it actually improve legibility, at least to my eyes.kevinc wrote:Also, I would ditch the graphic behind the legend too. It hinders legibility. That area should be clear and uncluttered. The graphic behind it adds nothing ot the overall design. Your map is nice and well made, the focus should be on that, and the legend should as clear as possible.
Thats actually a feature i like a lot. One thing i like to see in maps are difficult routes to follow. Something that could potentially make it difficult for one person to just roll through the entire map with a large force. A decent sized army on south greenland could foil an entire onslaught.spiesr wrote:This map just seems too big.
Also i dislike the way that some teritories have only one border. Ex: South Greenland
haha, this is one of those rare occasions where i agree with you to the fullest. and I believe it's a good thing.haha wrote:most of the cc maps have some contries that have only one borderspiesr wrote:This map just seems too big.

That's the same reasoning I used, and to be frank, they're staying.Thats actually a feature i like a lot. One thing i like to see in maps are difficult routes to follow. Will do. I fixed some glaringly bad ones, but I can go fine tune the rest.---Take care, and make sure all numbers are centralized in the army shadows. It makes the map look more professional. Lack and I have decided that there should be centralization in all new maps, and in respect to the old ones they will eventually be asked to fix the minor errors.
I'll try doing something about it. I can see that they might be hard to read because of darkness.the blue numbers are hard for me to read in the circles, dunno if there's anything you can do about it.
