It looked like a rebuilding year when Coach Blinkadyblink took over the 1-5 Lions. Then the Lions rallied to win 9 straight and advance to the playoffs as a wild-card. When asked about this spectacular streak, Blinkadyblink replied "Oh, I'm far to modest to talk about that." After advancing to the NFC Championship, the Lions were defeated by the Dallas Cowboys in a surprising match-up of the two wild-cards. The silver lining for Coach Blink is that he'll be able to spend more time saving dolphins and assorted other cute mammals. "Hopefully, the karma will pay off next year," he added. "We'll pick up where we left off this season."
