I don't think you should speak/assume for other people.
I'm speaking souly from experience here. When we are giving a forum the leader of the group is not givin any power for keeping the forum tidy. We'd have no organization for the group. it would just be a bunch of random threads. with a couple of stickies. Its up to everyone but I don't really want to be digging through a bunch of threads every day.
well actually you can pm twill to clean up a forum..he does for spamalot every month or so. so yer it can be organised. i will do it if u like

it sounds like a good option but sounds like and acutally happen are two different things. The mods are obvious very busy with a lot of stuff so asking them to clean up our forum, which isnt created yet, seems silly and a lot of added work for them.

they seriously are happy to do it as long as it isnt frequent every week
if at the start u post a few rules. implore everyone to follow then they will. most people here are exp posters we know how to follow rules
having a whole other forum is inconveinent. and im quite positive will loose some members of this group.

We probably would lose some members, but we would gain more then we'd lose, because people not just from CC could join. We could have the site, and the clan as two seperate things though...
