I find it weird that when someone claims to be very important to town without reason, the first thing you guys do is bandwagon on him. Why would a scummy say that?

Is he really a noob though? I seem to remember when he started posting here that he said he played on another site, so I don't think he's a noob. I do think that the quote in question was a joke, because that's how I read it at least.

IMO it's a bit suspicious that people pressured this so fast without considering the context, in particular Haggis_McMutton stuck out in my mind, from what I have seen of him he is a very active player, but I notice he stuck with a joke vote until called on it, then decided it was time to change to the latest "big case".

Hm I will re-read. Luckily there's only 11 pages so far, nothing too daunting.

I would appreciate hearing more from them as well. However flores has already said that she'll be here a lot less, so I don't expect much from her.

I think I'll buy Campin's response that he was being sarcastic, but it still doesn't explain why he was defending TWO rather actively. That makes me doubt a bit but it might backfire so I'd rather leave it be today...

Fortunately I can count on scumariners. With the current deadline we have 3 days with 5 inactive out of 19 and the mod not present to prod or replace at least some of them. So you don't mind us not getting any real info out of day 1, fine, it'll just make day 2 the same. But to think you're saying that when you've submarined the f*ck out of this game so far to then be "inspired" to post 0 input when there are actual discussions going on is hard to believe.

I don't think there is enough evidence there for it to be worth pursuing at this juncture. Honestly, he looked like easy prey for scum to get a lynch on and thus makes his voters somewhat dubious in my eyes.

As for Vio, I also do not think there is enough to indicate her as scum. I'm also not keen on a lynch on someone just for their attitude as that will not help us in the long run. (And, again, those wishing to do so seem somewhat dubious to me)

I'm still more keen on a chu kill, perhaps I missed it but I haven't seen him reply to me.

Welcome back illiad. And yes its true, I haven't had much to say in the past two weeks in any game. I work two jobs now, and when i have time to come to CC, i play my turns and check the game i'm modding,and briefly look over the others. I need to do a complete re-read to give anything of value or sustenance. My last post as well as this one was simply to let people know I am here.

If i am lynched for having no contribution to the game, I can understand. I know the game is not fun when someone is scummarining and/or not posting anything of value.
I don't need to be in anymore than 3 games at a time now.

Perhaps I needed to have looked at his posts as someone who has not become accustomed to his behaviour.

The post you quoted also seemed to be a joke response. TWO has a habit of making comments that seem to pick on himself, make exaggerated comments and he generally appears scummy with his posts. Of course, those that are accustomed to him should know this and be able to pick apart him doing his usual routine and when he's being extra suspicious - I'm finding Fircoal to be more suspicious than TWO is.

Even knowing his normal routine it still sounded suspicious. Part of the reason was because it was so premature and coupled with what seemed to be reasoning as for why it would be bad, that ironically was the scummy part. If he just picked on himself it'd seem more normal.

Honestly I think the TWO bandwagon is ridiculous. I consider joke bandwagons a great place for scum to cluster - after all, it's a joke vote! We all know how relentless some people here can be even when it's a joke bandwagon - "We're already here so may as well carry on, someone has to be targeted". I don't thin TWO has been scummy so far, I find those carrying on with the 'pressure mounting' to be scummier.
