I share the same sentiment.e_i_pi wrote:Agreed. About halfway in between should just about be rightZeakCytho wrote:I think this version is too dark - but the old one was too light. Try something in between next? After you're done, make us a sandwich

Hmmmm, I can darken the text a bit in the small map, but it doesn't make it much crisper, just...well....darker. This is just one of those things when fonts go small, unfortunately. I'd be happy to make it darker in the small version if you'd like though.yeti_c wrote:Yes yes & yes.
Small query - the text in the small appears to be ever so slightly less crisp than the large?!
Is that something you could remedy?

This is the small with darkened fonts. Does it help?yeti_c wrote:Yes yes & yes.

Kewl. Thanks, yeti. Officially moved the darkened fonts small version over as the small version on page 1.yeti_c wrote:Yes - I think that helps.

Disagree with that - the creases are superb.TaCktiX wrote:Also, I don't like the paper creases, they just don't fit with the map for me.

Thanks. Much appreciated.gimil wrote:I have a couple minor points for this fantastc piece of art. You really have done a good job on this mate and your foundry conduct is probably one of the best I have seen in a while, anyway down to business:
I'll do something about that. Not sure quite what yet but will take a look at how I can change it.gimil wrote:1. Dedreaga and the black sea typography sort of merge together as one large continent name. I recognise the difference between them but their are many out there who will get confused by the similarity of them. Could you please consider a change that will differentiate between the two words.
I don't really see the difference myself, but I can see if I twitch the colour there slightly.gimil wrote:2. Arges and teleorman (to me) to like they are different colours from the rest of the continent. I have already mistaken those two territories as their own continent and I am assuming many more may very well make the same mistake.
Nothing to major from me today. Keep up the good effort mate.
As above, heh.yeti_c wrote:1) Consider removing or making "Black Sea" a lot smaller.
2) Not sure I see that - looks clearly like part of Muntenia to me!?

Thanks. And I'm appropriately embarassed.DiM wrote:teleorman and arges weren't an issue for me as their colour was fine.
but i like the improvement on the black sea region.
and this reminds me of another spelling issue.
black sea should be: Marea Neagră ...
...just for the sake of keeping everything consistently written in romanian![]()
PS: you also still haven't changed Moldovia to Moldova
Fixed this stuff and just edited the fixed version into the above post.DiM wrote:teleorman and arges weren't an issue for me as their colour was fine.

Ooops. I was going to... then (insert long boring story) and so I forgot to add it, heh. Should be added now in the above post. Thanks for the reminder.yeti_c wrote:Did you put the accent in over the 'a' of black sea?

Sorry gimil, I did make a small change that I though might make the colour better for you but I can't really tell at all. Maybe an eye test?gimil wrote:Seems that I am the only one who sees the issue for Arges and teleorman, I suppose it isn't that much of an issue
