Ok here's a clue: The film has NOTHING to do with Christmas.

Is it that one where it's those three friends and they get another roommate and when they go in his room they find him dead (& naked) and all this cash, and so they elect one of them to cut the other roommate up and bury him, and then in the end they all end up with betraying each other for the money?

I forget what it's called. That's the best description I could fathom.
