It's on the Xbox Live Arcade. It's a lot like Robotron except flashy as hell and faster paced.
Anyway, anyone who gets this one get MAJOR respect (I know it's hard, but bear with it. I'll start dropping clues if it's apparent no one knows it).

You're on the right track. It's a PC MMORPG, but not Endless Online. A (big) hint that I'll give you guys is it has a large affiliation with Shattered Galaxy. I'm not saying how.
