Further, spiesr was godfather. Frankly, he's a n00b; I wouldn't put it past him to send in his kill without even consulting the rest of his scummates.

I don't think we can use the confirm list at the time of spiesr's death to tell us anything. On the other hand, there is something that confirm list can tell us, but I don't want to go into any more detail, because doing so could help the scum. If it becomes important, I'll mention it.
Damn, it was such a good plan too.

Why would they necessilary have the Doc and Cop in them? Arn't the Doc and Cop given out randomly?

Oh yes, vote: Orange-Idaho-Dog

seems slightly un-necessary to go on a voting rampage towards this guy, I sense mafia push behind it to kill an innocent townie and watch the actual mafia escape with this kill[/b]

The Doc and Cop will presumably have sent in their night actions, right? thus they must have confirmed. The randomly given out roles argument could otherwise be used the same way against them being mafia.

He confirmed yesterday, and I really hate submariners. The Bizarro game just had a forced no lynch because five people (out of 12) didn't participate.

OID confirmed yesterday in the signup thread, and still hasn't posted here.

Frankly, I see no reason not to vote him. For the reason The1exile gave, it is unlikely that he has a power role (although he could still be vanilla scum, since the godfather controls the kill choice), so the worst we are doing is lynching an inactive townie. On day one, we could do a lot worse.

fine I'll vote OID for the reasons stated above, as you said hes inactive and a lynch is better than no lynch as you argued, however I have my suspicions
