That's key west, it shouldn't be connected to Florida but I don't want to completely get rid of it.lanyards wrote:On the southern part of Florida, there is a little peninsula jutting off to the left on the bottom of the territory that shouldn't be there I don't think.

A ha, my confusion all along has been the use of the word "colonies." In my mind a colony is a territory under the control of an overseas power... the English colonized the east coast of America, the Spanish colonized central America, the French colonized northern Africa, etc. All of the territory around the Inuit "Homeland" territory is, according to the legend, the Inuit "colony," and thus accrues the same bonus as British colonial territory. Seems a it odd to call the rest of Mexico Aztec colonies - perhaps there's a better word?Coleman wrote:In each empire inside the new world every 2 territories is +1. The natives get the most of this bonus, but they don't get a landing point auto-deploy for obvious reasons. If a native owns all their land and a Europe county owns all of its land their number more per turn is the same, although the Natives have more freedom with theirs.
yeah, I didn't realize that either. So basically it's +1 for holding two new world territories of a like color. Or +1 for holding two territories in the same new world empire.Coleman wrote:The reason we started using Colony was because the Europe homelands don't count for part of the 2 for +1 and the Native homelands do.
