although the first couple wagons of day 1 may be random the lynch doesn't have to be, the information gathered from those wagons should lead to an informed (though not necessarily correct) lynch. By just randomly lynching people you make day 2 just as bad as day 1 accept with information role info (wait you'd be killing 1, maybe this towns only one). Playing with that mind set dooms you to failure.

If me being annoying is why you are going to lynch me I'd rather you state that and I get replaced then hurting the game just to get rid of me.

I don't understand why ET has so many votes against him. I mean, I don't have anything against a lynch but why him?

In other news, Unvote, I'll reread and decide as I can't really remember what's been going on here.

Did they? I think that unless you were going to hammer me I was pretty much in the not going to get lynched anytime soon category, -1 or not. Their initial votes for me were for no reason, admitting it afterwards doesn't clear them of this. And they were on both my and sam's wagon. To me it looks like they unvoted so that one they could get some townie points if i die and turn up town (because they 'saved' my life as you said) and two so that they could move on to a new wagon that might actually lead to a lynch.

Is this both of their first games? That would change my perspective. I thought they were both somewhat new but I also thought they had at least one game under their belt.

I was originally suspicious of sam but i UNVOTED when he made a legitamate claim. I think the vote i placed on you was done after i had been drinking... thinking about it i decided to unvote u on the chance that u are telling the truth. Ur claim was nowhere near as descriptive as sam's & i wasn't 100% convinced, actually i'm not convinced about you at all...

The fact that no one that was left brought the hammer down on you is a bit suspicious. U gave a very vague role claim & then tried to "run up" icedagger who wasn't here to put up a defence. You mention that me & icedagger were on the sam BW but so were you, so why does that make us scummy but u clean.

Voting for someone who's absent isn't scummy, trying to get him hammered while still absent would be but I wouldn't have done that.
As far as me not getting lynched goes, there was basically no case against me.
Me being on the sam wagon in no way makes me look clean, but it on its own isn't very damning. The fact that you guys both 180ed from voting with me to voting for me, however, is very scummy and marks the difference between us.

btw "I was drunk" or "I was too tired" or "I was impaired by illegal substances" are never really valid reasons to explain why you've done something.

No, my initial vote was not for no reason. You've been acting incredibly scummy, throwing accusations around and being very defensive. I unvoted when I got back because I hadn't had a chance to read through the thread, and you were close to a lynch. I unvoted Sam because he made a pretty solid claim, not unvoting him would be very scummy.

However, since you were at hammer -1 for a while (I think?) and weren't hammered, there's a few conclusions we can take from this:
1) Inactive mafia
2) Mafia alredy had their votes on you
3) Mafia didn't want to hammer you to try to look un-scummy
4) You are, in fact, mafia

I'm undecided which is most likely yet.

By the way, I'm not a complete noob to mafia, and I'm pretty sure I've played more mafia games than you on this site ET..

Before your vote I accused 1 person seriously sam, and one person as day 1 speak, after it I've accused a few people but it being after they cant be used as an excuse for your vote. I wont get into why here but suffice it to say Ive done some stupid things while experimenting with ways to play, some very stupid things. Because of this I often got lynched very quickly in many places where I used to play. I've naturally developed a highly defensive style of play, sorry if it seems scummy to you.

I honestly hadn't considered your leave of absence as a reason for you unvoting me its a valid one. I never had a problem with you unvoting sam, I had a problem with you voting me, his main accuser, in the same breath though. That you were voting him implys you supported my reasons for thinking him scummy, yet right after he claims you vote me.

Fair enough. No qualms here.

On this site Ive completed exactly 0 games, so that would be a fair assumption. Off this site however I have a lot of experience. You likely know the players here far better then me so. I'm especially willing to listen to you if you have comments regarding general or specific play styles of this forum. With that in mind my play style may be very very different from one that was developed here and could incorrectly look scummy to you.

This post has certainly made me feel less sure that you're scum. hmm
