I don't really think it's fair to ask Marv to apologize for his creeping us out - I really think the creeping out has less to do with what Marv says and more to do with the fact that his avatar's glasses are so dark. Like, if they were regular eyeglasses, and the avatar was more shaven, I think everybody would be breathing a little easier.

What I do find creepy, though, is that Marv gets his own smiley: 8)

Well, aren't I just the luckiest girl the world :shock: ...everything I say...and do...and even the looks that I had no control over are under scrutiny from everyone here...I'm a focal point in discussions that I did not ask for...I simply uploaded a picture...is this everyone's way of telling me they'd rather a silly picture or avatar? I've uncovered creepy old men who prey on children, probably got ereandil some pm's and caused regrets for Scarus...I've been called witty, and then been scrutinized for the simplicity of some of my posts...what do you people want from me?!?!? :?

and now rocksolid's chopped it to just plain Hoots...

i'm not sensitive in the least thank you very little...and I never said that I didn't find it entertaining...if I didn't, I wouldn't check this thread as it is almost always going to have something new to do with me...I was simply expressing that I am glad I could entertain my friends here at CC and mostly my loyal friends in this thread.... :P

I was thinking the same thing. I'm afraid we might be losing sight of the longest threadness of the longest thread, thread. Incidentally, I'm not sure I know exactly why there's a comma in the title of this thread. I mean, I figure the intention was to indicate that it wasn't a typo, but considering that at the top of this page I've got Club Forum Forum Index -> Off-Topic Topics, it would seem appropriate for it to just be the plain old commaless Longest Thread Thread. Or maybe Lack should follow this lead and change it to Club Forum, Forum Index -> Off-Topic, Topics.

Now THAT's a post about nothing.
